ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

FOR GRADE 7/NEW STUDENT


1. Accomplish /fill up the online enrollment registration form at www. zumarraganhs.blogspot.com


2. Submit the necessary requirements (see Enrollment Requirements).


3. Encode/copy the class schedule including the subject teachers and classrooms.


4. Register to the enrolling officer your Basic Personal Information for you to be officially enrolled.
